Boarding:Lead the Heads of Houses (BoardingHousemasters/Mistresses) on the effective running of boarding throughout the school including the overseeing of effective and efficient scheduling of events and timetables.Co-Ordinate and oversee all boarding related activities and work closely with the Head of Pastoral Care to establish a safe, happy, motivated and high achieving boarding pupil body.I chair regular meetings and this role is to help innovate, create efficiency and ensure the success of this important part of our school whilst building positive relations with colleagues.AMusic:Manage both instrumental and classroom teaching.Manage the organisation and implementation of concerts and events.Lead teaching and learning in the department.Lead the smooth running of both IGCSE and IB Music in the school.Liase with senior management on all aspects relating the the department.Develop links with outside organisation who can be mutually beneficial to the school
