Epidemiologist with ~20 years' experience conducting One Health-focussed research on the ecology, evolution and impact of infectious diseases, and the capacity of health systems to respond. As part of the Communicable Diseases Policy Research Group at London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine I steered an interdisciplinary programme of research with a geographic focus in (but not limited to) Southeast Asia, where I was based between 2009-2024. Prior to this I gained my postgraduate and undergraduate degrees at Imperial College London.I have extensive experience in designing observational studies in human and animal populations, coordinating large interdisciplinary projects, leading quantitative and modelling analyses, developing and sustaining international collaborations, and providing technical support for governmental, academic, and development partners.
