I was born without the lower part of my left arm and have always had a very motivated view towards challenges and a passion towards people and social opportunity.After having worked in the financial sector for almost 10 years, I decided that I wanted to invest my full time energy into making a difference in young peoples lives and I started working in the education sector. Initially I worked as a learning support teacher, helping children with extra needs. I now work in the tech industry, connecting young people to digital skills. As a consortium we break barriers preventing people from learning digital skills and getting employment from them.I compete for the GB Paraclimbing team and also run a Bristol based Not-for-Profit business that provides opportunities for people of all backgrounds and abilities to take part in adventure sports.My aim, as a qualified climbing coach, is to make the sport accessible for everybody and to use my own experiences to make a real difference in young peoples lives.
