I work with businesses to help them create safer workplaces. This involves building customer capability in injury prevention to reduce the incidence of workplace injuries and building customer capability in injury management practices to positively influence the cost and duration of injuries. Interventions entail working with businesses one on one and delivering training and presentations to multiple businesses at once.
