As the sole Health Plan Account Manager for Northern CA, Oregon and Washington, I’m responsible to retain and grow a book of health plan business totaling over $218,000,000. I was responsible for negotiation, maintenance and ongoing compliance of all contracts in the Northern CA book of managed care business. Through day to day management of service requirements, I developed and expanded relationships with key contacts including C-suite level leadership. I prepared and presented quarterly business reviews to senior executive.

Using expertise in laboratory operations, core systems, and various development environments, I independently managed the flow of critical quality and HEDIS related data feeds to key Northern CA Managed Care and Health Plan partners.
