Current• Manages and provides extensive training, knowledge, and direction to more than 1,300 military and civilian air traffic controllers. Contributes significantly to improve operational readiness in 22 foreign and domestic ATC facilities and six Aircraft Carriers. • Subject Manager Expert (SME) for the deployment of the carrier/amphibious embedded trainer.• Presents invaluable instruction and methodology to improve training standardization throughout the fleet, enforcing working groups in the development of an ATC position performance handbook (PPH) and ashore position qualification standards (PQS) guide. • Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) Air Traffic Control evaluation lead for 22 foreign and domestic ATC facilities and six Aircraft Carriers.• Conducts NATOPS evaluations on administration, training, tower, radar, flight planning, and terminal instrument procedures.• Prepares justifications to support training resource requirements for Air Traffic Controllers’ currency.• Provides guidance and coordinates force protection programs, resulting in an incident-free force protection climate for the organization.
