I started off as an Automotive Technician and quickly moved up to an Assistant Service Manager. I collaborate with technicians to evaluate vehicle issues and translate technical insights into comprehensive service recommendations. This position comes naturally as I have been an ASE certified technician for the past couple of years. I've consistently applied statistical analysis to my own personal sales data, leading to significant improvements in both sales and productivity. I’ve done this by using massive data sets which consisted of every vehicle that has come through the shop & the services which were sold in a certain time period. After some cleaning & analysis, I was able to use that data to understand where I was lacking as well as performing exceptionally. By leveraging data-driven insights I was able to increase sales where it was lacking before and learn new techniques which would’ve been suppressed if the analysis was never performed.

Amici's is an upscale catering company that would set the entire venue for weddings, parties, and corporate dinners. I would arrange tables, linens, and accessories with precision ensuring a great visual experience for the guest who attended these events. We would serve food either buffet style or typical restaurant style and assist the attendees in any way possible. Once the event was finished we would clean the venue, break everything down, and load everything into a truck in a timely fashion.
