Involved in the implementation of NuclearIQ and SampleIQ software at client sites, designing customer site specific reports, Multiparser scripting, conducting Training and testing of software upgrades. I work in conjunction with our partner companies to increase Client productivity and minimize data transposition errors. My many implementations include Environmental Radiation Monitoring, REMP programs, Ground Water Monitoring Wells, Radiation Protection programs, Mobile application setup and deployment, etc.

Developed/Revised Initial Training Program Fundamental Lesson plans as part of the Chemistry training program upgrade conducted at CR3.Conducted Chemistry Technician Job and Task Analysis utilizing the SAT process. Prepared new Training Performance Manual (TPM) based on the Job and Task analysis performed. Developed and presented 30hrs of INPO observed Continuing Training during the recent INPO Accreditation Visit.Participated in Apparent Cause Evaluations to support both Training and the Plant.

Revised/Upgraded chemistry Initial training program lesson materials to support the hiring of 4 new Apprentices in the fall of 2009. Initial training material had not been presented since 2001 and several new instruments had been added to the chemistry group since the last teach. A total of 46 lesson plans were upgraded prior to the scheduled March 2010 Initial training program start date. Prepared and conducted quarterly Chemistry Continuing Training simultaneously with Initial training. Revised/Upgraded the OJT/TPE qualification standards to align them with Entergy's Fleet format.Attended MANTG Workshop in June 2010 and incorporated Turning Technologies audience response system into chemistry initial/continuing training.

The Fitzpatrick Environmental Laboratory performs analysis of Radiological Effluent Monitoring Program (REMP) samples for 5 Nuclear Sites located in the Northeast. As Lab Supervisor I was responsible for scheduling and supervision of the Environmental Laboratory staff. Coordinated sample receipt, analysis, reporting and billing of Radiological Samples received at the laboratory from Client Sites.Over saw the implementation of the software upgrade of the Laboratory Information Database to WinCDM.Worked with Corporate IT group to implement automated transfer of gamma spectroscopy results to the WinCDM database. This upgrade removed the need to hand enter spectroscopy results into the database thus improving sample turn around times while reducing data entry errors.Upgraded Laboratory Countroom Gamma Spec equipment to Ortec digital ADC/MCA (d-Spec jr) and electronic detector coolers. Developed and implemented automated report generation of client sample results through the Laboratory Website. These reports allowed the clients to prepare and print from there desktops summary sheets of sample results prepared by the lab. This allowed for automated annual REMP reports to be prepared for submittal to the NRC. These reports cut the preparation time needed to prepare the annual REMP report from several months to just a couple weeks.
