While on tour in PwC's National Quality Organization I provided consultation and advice with respect to accounting, reporting, auditing (including ICFR) and SEC matters related to transactions and filings for IFRS and US GAAP filers, across the Pharma, Banking and Capital Markets and technology industries. I supported audit teams and clients to provide feedback and guidance as companies went through the filing process. This included recurring interim and annual filings, IPO and transaction specific filings (including disclosures related to ICFR matters), and various communications (comment letter responses, pre-clearance letters, etc.) with SEC Staff.
