I was Responsible for all Project Controls reporting both internal and external reporting for the office in the state of North Dakota.This required the development of Portfolio reports for the clients, down to the OBS / WBS /CTR level reporting.I implemented and developed the design of external reports for clients to enable project management to see individual projects within the portfolio.This included change management and assisting the Project management of the various adhoc reporting requirements.Writing and developing Project Controls Plans, including procedures while ensuring external and internal requirements were maintained.
