Draftsmen:I supported the Project Managers,Engineers with modeling and drawings packages for their large in flight entertainment racks. I also performed daily maintenance like correcting drawing revisions, attachments or moving items to the correct folders.5s Auditor/Gatekeeper:Posting and ensuring the standards and displaying the correct findings from the other Auditors work sheets on the Performance screens located in the Engineering department. I would mediate solutions and new ideas for problem solvingat the SQUDCI board walks.Lean Manufacturing/ Process Improvement/Dispatch report: The Programmer each day would release the daily work orders at 6:00am electronically. I created a Dispatch report using excel that would allow me to prevent any problems with the Drawings, Models or Drawing Revisions. The solution, review the work orders prior to being released. Cost savings in 2016 was $416.000.00 and Tray assemblies that were scraped or reworked an additional $31.000.00 savings.Problem Reports:Are a indication of a incorrect work flow process that will require immediate attention. This can be very detrimental to the Engineering, Fabrication and the Quality departments.SAP fixture: This data driven tool was designed to correctly select the stiffener plate fixtures for the Spot Welding process. Cost savings, $900,000.00 as a collective team in 2016.
