Our main aim is to provide a service to our clients that we would expect and want to receive ourselves. Customer services is 100% the most important part of this business – if this is not achieved, then we will not succeed. Where the high street banks are shutting daily, we have branches that our clients can simply walk into and receive advice. If we do not have a branch in your area, we can offer video conference meetings direct to your phone or PC or can use a telephone the same as everyone else if that’s easier!For us, understanding the needs of our clients fully at the outset, and on an ongoing basis, is a critical part of ensuring that investments, pensions, mortgages, or insurance requirements meet needs both now and into the future.
