In this role I am responsible for the billing co-ordination of the billing department, in addition to this I have my own set of clients to manage the administration of their account with Konica Minolta - dealing with any account queries they may have, ensuring they are invoiced as accurately as possible. I have also been heavily involved in the implementation of Jsox protocol and ensuring the department is keeping within these measures. My day to day duties involves tasks such as account reconciliation, system co-ordination, posting relevant debits and credits to clients accounts, dealing with any invoicing queries that may arise, liaising with departments such as credit control, commercial finance, leasing, sales teams.
