• Ensuring compliance with HMG process and policy, escalating any issues of non-compliance/risk to the Security Controller.• Carrying out SWE (Secure Working Environment) audits• Safeguarding secure holdings, from registering through to destruction• Carrying out briefings and inductions• Liaising with internal clients and outside agencies • Chairing and recording committee meetings• Updating procedures

• Providing comprehensive administrative support for classified work carried out in the secure rooms• Processing material for projects running in the SWEs (receipt and delivery)• Point of contact for the stakeholders for all general SWE queries and assisting the Compliance Officer when required• Providing support for meetings held in the SWEs as and when required• Assisting the Security Controller and Compliance Officer with SWE audits

• Processing and running the security audit programmes for the UK workforce (all are security vetted on joining the company)• Auditing the operation of certain secure areas and acting as an out of hours duty manager for them on a rotational basis• Liaison on a daily basis with key government agencies including the UK Security Vetting agency • Responsible for the administration of processing, renewing and annually appraising the highest level clearances• Sole responsibility for responding to an extremely busy departmental inbox

• Responsible for the vetting procedures during the employee lifecycle. Working in a team of 4 with sole responsibility for 300 + employees • Responsibility at certain times for the administration of the renewal of criminal record checks for all employees and annual checks on changes in circumstances
