Initialling beginning in the Customer Service team, my roles included checking in passengers and their luggage, boarding procedures, executive handling, arrivals formalities, ticketing, dispatch and load control and manning information points.After moving to the ramp, I was trained in loading and unloading baggage, manning the baggage hall, marshalling aircraft and push backs, driving specialist equipment such as steps, power units, tugs and was involved in all aspects of turning around aircraft at an international airport.Other experiences gained at Exeter International Airport include elements of Airfield operations and aircraft grooming.
