- Partner with managers and business partners to develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies with a high focus on diversity and the candidate experience
- Source passive candidates using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter to build relationships for future opportunities
- Conduct phone interviews to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct constructive debrief meetings with hiring teams to promote efficient and fair hiring decisions
- Draft inclusive job descriptions to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion
