End User Computing Analyst, Sr.
Current- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for company-wide help desk (over 450 users) for all user-defined software and hardware
- Monitoring and resolution of network, peripherals, printers/copiers, videoconferencing issues company-wide
- Setup, maintain and repair laptops/desktops, including the creation of base images for general deployment
- Create and maintain user/group accounts in Active Directory
- Manage user accounts, groups, Intune, SharePoint and Teams accounts (including Teams Phone) in Microsoft 365 and EntraID
- Implement Zoom Rooms and Teams Rooms for corporate conference rooms at multiple locations
