Current• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for company-wide help desk (over 450 users) for all user-defined software and hardware• Monitoring and resolution of network, peripherals, printers/copiers, videoconferencing issues company-wide• Setup, maintain and repair laptops/desktops, including the creation of base images for general deployment• Create and maintain user/group accounts in Active Directory• Manage user accounts, groups, Intune, SharePoint and Teams accounts (including Teams Phone) in Microsoft 365 and EntraID• Implement Zoom Rooms and Teams Rooms for corporate conference rooms at multiple locations• Manage/assist in maintaining security tools, such as web filtering, email/spam filtering, Cyber Security training and testing, Antivirus applications
