Responsible for the CloudM Sales Engineering Team and Platform Services Team who help our customers successfully adopt Google and Microsoft solutions using our proven migration, integration, automation, and administration platform.

Currently responsible for Sales Engineering across the CloudM, a management platform that helps organisations get the most out of the cloud through migration, integration, automation & administration.

At CTS James is responsible for:- Helping to establishing CloudManager as a new product within our global partner channel and existing customer base. - Provide product and pre-sales support for the UK and Global Sales Teams including preparation of customer presentations, proposals, product collateral and training material. - Supporting our global partner network with product training, sales readiness activities and solution design and planning.- Help manage key CloudM customer accounts and product adoption.- Creation of content to promote both CloudM and Cloud Technology Solutions including blogs, videos, web content, interviews, online articles.- Speak at external events to promote the use and adoption of cloud technology such as Google Cloud, G Suite and CloudM.- Develop and deliver customer and partner presentations.- Perform product demonstrations to staff, partners and customers.- Provide guidance and support to the Product Support Team- Act as a liaison between Account Teams, Partner Network and Customers and the Product Teams to forecast anticipated functionality and potential opportunity- Work with product management team to prioritise and define product features and roadmap.- Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends and competitors- Continuously understand and integrate new and advanced features into presentation material.

Operational responsibility for technical and change management including product partner management, solution design, data migration, Google Apps implementation and support. Global clients across both Public and Private sector. Passionate about helping customers deliver innovative cloud based solutions to support business improvement.

Using my knowledge of both cloud and traditional on-premise ICT solutions to help customers develop and implement cloud based technology to replace and integrate with other line of business applications and end user devices. Typically this will include demonstrating the following:1) the benefits of cloud computing to end users and IT operational managers2) the process involved in migrating to the cloud3) the industry leading software available from CTS to help migrate to the cloud4) supporting customers through the change management process (the migration, operational, cultural, training, integration) 5) supporting customers with additional Google developments and add on servicesIn addition I provide specialist Public Sector knowledge for Public Sector customers wishing to take advantage of cloud solutions and mobile device technology

As the System Centre Manager I am responsible for managing the strategy, development, support and business requirements analysis of the corporate HR, Finance, social care, highways and property systems within Warwickshire County Council.

My role is currently divided into two main areas:1) Managing a team of ICT Project Managers and ICT Project Management Standards2) Technical architect and strategist for Warwickshire County Council's ICT infrastructureAreas of responsibility within my role include:-Work with the business and Head of ICT to develop an ICT Vision and Strategy-Create and implement project management standards-Establish programme management standards-Review and improve ICT governance processes-Develop and maintain the reference architecture-Ensure projects are aligned with the strategy and reference architecture-Lead high profile strategic projects

Working within the ICT Strategy team as a technical solution analyst and project manager.Working with customers to identify and document requirements and solutions which I then project managed through implementation to completion.
