Sales Executive
Current• Lead the implementation of Veritiv’s Certified High Performance Advisor strategy• Presents the Advisor positioning on a constant basis to current and perspective clients to help transform the position of Veritiv as a differentiated – value added supplier• Close new business and open new accounts in the property management and office channel• Utilizes training and communication techniques in order to execute the strategies, tactics and tools provided.• Conduct High Performance Audits/Events on a regular basis to assist clients with identifying opportunities to improve cleaning practices and tenant satisfaction• Call on and meet with high level contacts while managing and building relationships with the cleaning and maintenance staff.• Consult and advise personnel with budget process as it relates to the maintenance of the property• Build and develop key industry/customer contacts by networking and integrating within the local market industry associations and events on a regular basis (monthly at a minimum – mixers, trade shows, association meetings, etc.)• Plan, run and attend local trade shows with industry associations as needed• Drive sales of the private brands and Platinum & Preferred suppliers to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.• Partner with suppliers in an effort to drive sales and improve supplier support• Present equipment as necessary as part of the High Performance Advisor strategy and to ensure all clients source their equipment needs with Veritiv• Identify new opportunities, products and trends and communicate those back up to local sales manager
