I am a Partner at Howes Percival supporting businesses in the UK and internationally on corporate legal matters. I advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, company sales, corporate restructurings, fundraisings, and general corporate issues including director's duties and potential personal liability. I have over 25 years' experience of advising clients on corporate (and commercial) matters.I act for clients of all sizes including private and public limited companies, LLPs, partnerships and entrepreneurs. Having worked in-house with clients during my career I take a solutions-focussed and pragmatic approach to supporting my clients. Clients have described me as "very smart and well-organised" and as a "go-to attorney". A material amount of my work has an international dimension, undertaken with foreign law firms and their clients advising on English law issues and local custom and practice. I am based in the Cambridge office of Howes Percival.
