My team manages the Procurement Technology systems at Lincoln Financial Group. Our primary objective is aligning business processes with system functionality. My role is a combination of business analyst, technical analyst and functional analyst with a focus on process improvement for these systems. I am also responsible for providing system support and driving compliance within the technology to our internal policies.

Responsible for managing the procure to pay process to ensure successful transmission of business documents (forecast to invoice) and providing support with internal and external system interfacing issues.Responsibilities include:• Manage 3rd party business partners to resolve or prevent supplier XML and EDI document errors for global HYG supply chain.• Complete supplier onboard and upgrade requests with 3rd party business partners to allow XML and EDI document communication.• Resolve internal system interfacing errors within the supply chain including purchase orders, contracts, forecast and requisitions.• Gather end user requirements and translate to functional system and process improvements for in house and 3rd party software.• Manage global incident case system to resolve errors and issues within HYG planning and procurement systems.• Create value stream maps for new and existing processes impacting the global supply chain.

Support America's Procurement Team with administrative and project based content to drive cost reductions.• Managed the administration of key HYG America’s procurement systems to ensure timely and accurate reports for analysis and performance improvement.• Created sent and reviewed RFQ packages to source new parts. • Managed transportation solution project to remove 3rd party management and onboard direct suppliers in China with $720,000 in savings.• Lead 2014 supplier consolidation initiative resulting in the consolidation of 74 suppliers and over $15M in spend for allocation of resources to be maintained within core supply base.• Generated market analysis tracking files from global macro environment research to project annual spend by supplier.• Lead a lean six sigma project to reduce variance of supplier financial forecast to within 3% of AOP inflation targets.• Updated supplier contracts in SRM to support price changes and cost reductions.• Managed price error tracking form for timely pricing discrepancy resolution.
