All three previously mentioned campaigns saw stark improvements in recruitment numbers with Australian Defence Force Academy achieving 100% enrollment for the first time in a decade and percentage of women recruitment over 15% higher than that of the other services. Interlocutor between Government agencies, Royal Australian Navy and civilian contractors to deliver a product, which is both aligned with military values and appealing to target audience.Training civilian agencies in the military corporate culture to increase their awareness and allow them to more accurately portray military life in future proposed advertising campaigns.Attend community events and exhibitions as a representative of the Navy to educate and encourage potential recruits.
