•Tactical and director-level planner of training for one of only two active duty mortuary affairs companies in the US Army. •Directly responsible for training, welfare, and administrative readiness of 181 soldiers to fulfill the company’s mission of supporting and executing the Department of Defense level Joint Mortuary Affairs Program, a critical and sensitive mission of the U.S. Army and the Department of Defense.•Primary focus was keeping the $32 million dollars’ worth of equipment operationally ready. •Planned, resourced, and coordinated the largest training event in the company’s history, which raised the training validation rate for 300 Soldiers from 2 companies from U (untrained) to T- (fully trained) •Organized and coordinated the Operational Readiness Assessment preparation for the company, which raised the compliance rate from 48% to 100% in 6 months

•Lead a team of 29 soldiers in an agile mortuary affairs platoon capable of no-notice deployment worldwide to support the U.S. Army’s Global Response Force (GRF). •Responsible for training, professional development, combat readiness, safety, morale, health and welfare of the platoon and the equipment of the platoon, valued at over $6 million dollars.•Led an agile team of 6 Soldiers to the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) and trained an entire Brigade of 4,000 personnel and simulated processing over 320 remains to help certify them for deployment
