Responsible for team of 10-12 service professionals implementing and supporting clients utilizing the Origami Risk RMIS Software product. Responsible for overall project governance, oversight, and budget/profitability for all assigned projects to team. Coordinates resources across team to identify project lead, technical resources, and project management support. Serves as escalation point for clients through the implementation and ongoing support lifecycle.

Lead client contact responsible for coordinating and leading RMIS Software implementations for an array of clients across multiple industries. Continued partnership acting as primary client contact for expanded business development, RMIS consultative services, and ongoing system support/service including data analysis, report generation, and ongoing training.

Plan, organize, coordinate, and participate in multiple projects to design, develop, program, test, install and maintain specialized RMIS applications for a variety of client's looking to aggregate commercial claims data and/or adjudicate claims; Provide on-going technical support to clients including risk management consultation, data analysis, reporting, and ongoing system training.• Assists in the presentation of system functions and concepts to prospective clients as needed. Secures client buy-in and support of proposed development solutions.• Provides analytical support to clients.• Develops new and innovative system interfaces and marketing materials.• Supervises the day-to-day activities of a team of software and business system analysts in implementing client product specifications.• Monitors project performance against established criteria including specification, actual-to-budget and human resources allocation.• Prepares and submits periodic status reports to supervisors and clients.• Prepares project proposals including detailed specification requirements, budgets, sequence and timelines, resource allocations and contingencies.• Analyzes user requirements and designs programs and applications from specifications.• Designs screens, reports, databases, files and other system components.• Trains client staff on the use of new applications and programs.• Serves as primary contact for assigned client.• Inform clients of available system enhancements and other improvements.• Develops customized ad-hoc reports as requested by clients.

Oversee and implement IntelliRisk Services for Greater New York Metro Region, which includes New York City, Long Island, Hudson Valley, Connecticut, New Jersey, as well as multinational Insurance clients with international data needs. Promote and grow customer base for IntelliRisk products, provide marketing assistance to Underwriting and Global Claims Relationship Group, implement and train new IntelliRisk Advanced customers. •Serve as primary client contact for all data and system needs, including system implementation, custom projects, and data consolidation.•Provide Risk Management analysis consulting and training to over 700 client users of IntelliRisk Services products in region. •Partner with Underwriting and Global Claims Relationship Group to promote and develop new business relationships with clients and the broker community, including product demonstrations and sales presentations.•Implemented webinar IntelliRisk Advanced training curriculum and managed rollout of national client training process. •Foster business relationships with broker community through direct support to broker users of IntelliRisk Services products, including account access resolution, training, and data analysis consulting.•Mentor / Train internal AIG staff on use of IntelliRisk Services products.
