James Sutton was raised in Richmond, BC and spent his childhood watching the Lower Mainland evolve. He has over 25 years of sales and customer service experience and has spent the past 20 in broadcasting, which has brought him a wealth of communication and relationship-building skills, and has provided him with invaluable connections to the community he calls home. James has had an obsession for Real Estate (and HGTV) for years and is passionate about helping people find their own place to call home.
