The Asset Bank is Unilever’s Digital Asset Management platform, developing to be the single trusted source for all of Unilever’s final and approved digital assets, providing Unilever people and agency partners with fast, easy, reliable and secure access on a global basis. The Asset Bank works together with a number of integrated systems such as PIM, AEM, Percolate, a variety of distribution solution models as we support Unilever to digitalize their advertising world. We take a proactive approach to managing change. Ensuring that we begin with the key people and engaging with senior leadership, global, regional and local champions and market leads means that we can ensure that the changes we are implementing is embraced from the top level. Because individuals question whether the change is needed, we conduct thorough gap analysis and process mapping to allow us to understand the existing procedures and workflows. We can then assess how the new process aligns with that. Gathering user and business requirements is an important step, and allows us to work with the project team to develop solutions.  Knowing that existing solutions may be in place, we work with those to identify data retention and mapping procedures. Comparing volumes and timing requirements enables us to identify a migration strategy, and complete a roll out plan for brands and markets.

Project manage the introduction of Unilever’s Digital 2.0 program and new work stream through the system, ensuring all content used to build and publish Digital 2.0 Brand.com web pages are uploaded and sent to AEM. Engaging directly with the Global Brand Teams and agency partners, going beyond a standard Operations role, being a DAM expert, providing DAM consultancy and significant contribution to the roll-out of Unilever's Digital 2.0 Brand.com websites.
