As a member of the directorate support team, my role is to assist, encourage and allow the continuous functioning of that which is the Adult Social Care directorate. This involves dealing with incoming queries, leading on projects and helping those internally and externally of the CQC for any business to aid the cause of our work. Tasks include:- Rapid query response from colleagues- Data retrieval, entry, analysis and presentation- Communication on ongoing, amendments and up-comings via web-page edits, email distribution and presentations- Monitoring of external partners on their registration with the CQC- Dealing with external providers for purchases tailored produce for the companyThere are several other miscellaneous tasks i fulfil, as well as ever-changing project work. skills to highlight include:- Strong organisation- Attention to detail- Analytical abilities- Personal-drive and initiative- Written and verbal communication - Ability to handle a multitude of IT software/packages- Networking skills (both internally and externally)
