As part of the clinical team at DrDoctor I have developed a breadth of commercial and con-sultative experience within the health technology sector. I am a GP partner who provides care to our patients with clinical interests primarily in cardiovascular medicine but a passion for innovative delivery of care across all aspects of chronic long term illness.Member of the senior management team which has led our practice to CQC rated outstanding, where innovation was mentioned as a highlight.Promoter and leader for innovation in healthcare delivery.Teaching experience of medical students across year 4 and 5 attending the medical school at the University of Birmingham.

Identified a problem within primary care management for those with raised blood pressure. Lead a project, alongside Dr Heidi Kerr, and co-developed software with One Vision Health Ltd which included a patient portal to submit and store information and utilised basic algorithms to mange blood pressure remotely and safely.My role was to create and oversee the clinical specification, quality control the product and lead the project delivery of its implementation. This required regular communication both with software developers but also patients, commissioner and practice staff.

Providing clinical leadership and advice to the ongoing development of the Dudley CCG “DQoF”. Working alongside data analysts, senior management and clinical leads within the CCG, to appraise and direct future developments of the programme.

Clinical advisor to the project team delivering an “Advancing Applied Analytics” project looking at how we can utilise discrete event simulation to support problem solving across primary care. Obtained funding from the Health Foundation via a competitive selection process.Project development and delivery. Teaching cohorts of practice staff and data analysts.Working with the Strategy Unit, academics and data analysts.Research.

Developed a project idea utilising artificial intelligence within primary care. Obtained funding via a partnership with Predict X and the Strategy Unit to undertake a scoping exercise looking at whether there was a role for artificial intelligence in the development of a service for the management of those with chronic long term illness.

Clinical advisor offering consultancy.During 2019 I have worked alongside the Strategy Unit and Dudley CCG to create a strategy for the creation of a “Learning Health System”.
