As a Sales Supervisor, I am part of a management team overseeing a large operation that incorporates a Pharmacy department, Tech Department, Cosmetics Department and General Merchandise Department. Currently, I am in charge of Ecommerce and Receiving & Shipping at Park Royal, West Vancouver. As part of my duties as Assistant Manager, I-Delegate tasks to colleagues to ensure the store operates smoothly especially at busy times-Open up the store, which includes Day Opening Cash Management. -Cash Reconciliation: Both mid-day and End of Day. -Closing the store: This involves End of Day Cash Reconciliation using Excel to ensure proper Cash Management. Also includes other closing procedures e.g. ensuring a high standard of cleanliness for the following day's trading; returns procedures for items like newspapers, magazines etc.-Organise the merchandising of new PA's and offers given to us weekly by Musgrave to help drive sales. -Ordering from our system, especially for Deli products. This involves Waste Management, Gap management and following trends to make sure the store is not under/over stocked -Liase with ownership/management on any in store issues/ongoings
