I am responsible for handling customers and talking with dealerships on the daily. I handle multiple customer cases at a time to help them in the repurchase of their lemon vehicles. I make and take multiple outbound/inbound calls a day as well as daily professional emails to customer and dealerships. I I must manage each customer account in a timely manner to navigate their case through our CRM and to closing.

I am in charge of multiple dealership accounts around the states. My duties are to manage incoming loan applications, Monitor what we need to get the deal funded. Continued to grow my portfolio by adding new dealerships and walking them through the paperwork to finish the sign up process.

My duties were to get customer loan applications and help them fulfill get funded. I talk to multiple banks daily to get the best rate and deal for the dealership as well as the customer. I had to enter in customers information through our CRM and to the bank. Close customers on numbers.
