Independently perform quality measurementsUnderstand the error trend, brainstorm, do RCA and improve process.Carry out regular process audit to identify process gaps, observations, and report to seniormanagement. Work with the respective team to close the process gaps.Communicate and report on quality data, issues, non-compliance, process gaps through auditsand measurements.Ensure all measurements are carried out in accordance with process documentation.Participate in calibration with operations team and business partners.Analyze data such as CSAT, timelines, accuracy, productivity, and utilization and provide inputfor process improvement and standardization.Provide opportunity to others, share best practices, develop self, and team members.Conduct basic lean and six sigma (yellow belt) trainings and initiatives.Conduct Kaizen/Idea drive across different operations team for process improvements.
