Landmark, mixed-use scheme , currently under construction, amounting to approx 1/3 of a million square feet of development. The scheme comprises approx 80,000 sq ft of net lettable commercial space located in a 4-level glazed podium structure, over which are situated two residential towers of 33 and 24 storeys respectively, providing 294, 1 bed and 2 bed apartments.
