The scheme comprises approx 80,000 sq ft of net lettable commercial space located in a 4-level glazed podium structure, over which are situated two residential towers of 33 and 24 storeys respectively, providing 294, 1 bed and 2 bed.

I started with Fitzpatrick as a senior engineer and progressed to Site Manager prior to leaving. During this time I gained a growing respect for my skills in design & build co-ordination, utilising both experiences of engineering and management of reinforce the capabilities of the site team.In a typical working day I would use engineering and design to.

Responsibilities include:Reporting directly to my regional Contracts Manager and designated Project Manager. Co-ordinated and reviewed design team information and liaised on design detailing and constructability issues regarding the substructure, superstructure and building envelop.Attended all client and design team meetings, when nominated, all progress.

on-Sea, £17 million BSF design & build, fully fitted out college with community sports facilities, Auditorium, community library, nursery, fully equipped sports hall with sprung floor, laboratories and classrooms for years 7 to 11. A complex RC and Steel frame over pad foundations in ground improved by cement stabilisation. Externals included Special needs.

I lead a variety of working holidays carrying out conservation work around the UK, for volunteers from disadvantaged backgrounds, some disabled and many participated in the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme.
