Recruited to work closely with the CEO to increase the growth of a robust local firm in a strategic and sustainable manner. Partnered with the Managing Partner of Client Development to implement processes and increase sales. Worked with Partners and HR to improve Fee agreements and to draft and implement Policies and Procedures. Led initiatives with the Managing Partners of the Civil Litigation and Probate Litigation Departments to improve processes. Trained partners on performance tracking and accountability. Worked with Firm Manager and HR Divisions to successfully implement new VOIP and CRM software.

Director of Operations of one of top 50 largest law firms in the state of Colorado. With permission from partners, started taking cases in Colorado Springs, and from that effort opened an extraordinarily successful office in Colorado Springs. Managed a large book of divorce cases, ranging from high conflict cases with millions of dollars in assets to smaller non-contested cases. Played a critical role in leading the firm to record growth in 2015. Appeared on network news as a legal expert for a nationally recognized case.

I served as the Town Council Representative for District 2 in Castle Rock, Colorado. I also served as a liaison to the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, Castle Rock Planning Commission, the Public Arts Commission, and the Board of Adjustment.
