COO for the Repo Clearing and Collateral/Liquidity businesses at LCH Ltd in LSEG’s Post Trade division

I manage relationships with agent banks, ICSDs and CSDs. I am responsible for shaping and implementing strategy for the LCH Repo and Equity Clearing business. I maintain and develop relations with banks and post trade providers including exchanges and MTFs. I am responsible for driving the production of strategy documents including board papers and presentations to central banks and regulators. Internally, I lead a pillar of an employee initiative that focuses on Executive Ctte engagement and was responsible for increasing LCH mentoring participation by >80% in 2018.

- Responsibility for developing and enhancing Secured Funding products and services that are used by global investment banks on a daily basis- Product and Operating model lead for Global initiatives where LCH seeks to expand geographical footprint: I lead a team that is designing and building consensus with 10 global investment banks and several global investment managers on the design and operating model for a new fixed income clearing offering.- Tangible working knowledge of the current key challenges impacting the Secured Funding environment, for example: the Basel III capital and liquidity framework- Strong and current working knowledge of the bilateral and Triparty settlement environments gained from trusted working partnerships with both ICSDs and Triparty agents.

Global Head Of Funding / Repo Trade Management Operations:- Responsibility for 40 staff globally from analyst to Vice President level (Americas, EMEA, Asia)- Department covers all aspects of secured and unsecured funding trade management:- Middle Office support for multiple business units- Control, payments, confirmations and reconciliations- Risk assessments and submissions- Response to industry and regulatory mandates - Broad experience in Liquidity Management, specifically structured liquidity management solutions including those in new / Emerging Markets, partnering with Corporate Treasury and Liquidity / Repo Trading Desks.- Strong experience of the Triparty Repo product- Experience in OTC Collateral Rehypothecation- Experience in OTC Optimization- Spearheaded a team of 7 regionally elected Operations 'Industrialists' - a specialist Executive Director / Vice President group charged with enabling a culture of process improvement across the organisation. - Personally organised and hosted a project for a group of 30 Operations interns to investigate the industrialization topic and present back findings in group presentations.

- Managing a team of 5 SME’s and project managers in EMEA focusing on Funding projects and product development- Team delivered multiple strategic and product initiatives enabling the firms Repo and Global Liquidity Product desks to increase revenue and the term nature of the Funding book- Personally focused to provide global thought leadership to replace the suite of front to back Repo trade booking and processing systems- Contributed to various corporate governance processes including new activities committees and interactions with global regulators- Participation in industry working groups to promote greater harmonization of Funding and Repo processes across the industry

- Supported Salespeople in the post execution handling of fixed income and derivative products- Produced performance metrics that were used in ‘broker reviews’ with clients- Assisted with development of client confirmation platforms and industry systems - Represented Goldman Sachs on industry ‘Inter-broker’ forum- Helped to develop GS infrastructure in new Bangalore, Dubai and Moscow offices- Last 18 months of role were spent managing a team of 7

- Responsible for all aspects of Euroclear settlement processing and problem solving.

- One of the first employees of young firm that was set up to perform operations and risk functions for multi strategy hedge funds- Personally managed the operations functions for up to 3 hedge funds at once- Responsibilities included liaison with prime brokers and counterparts, settlement, funding and cash Management, collateral Management, revaluation, cash injections and disbursements, profit and loss analysis and training of other analysts
