Developed strategic direction for Human Resources related initiatives including talent, development, staffing, recruiting and compensation. Responsible for the leadership of corporate Store Operations and Associate Development & Training teams including 50+ associates, providing strategic planning and innovation of store communication, payroll hours budgeting and allocation, new store and remodel activities for 50-100 projects annually, systems, analytics, back of house processes, third party supply management, store facility repairs and maintenance, and associate training centered around driving optimized cross-channel customer and associate experiences, while building efficiencies across the organization.

Led global stores including 5 Vice Presidents, 20 Regional Managers, 130 District Managers, 50+ corporate associates and 3,000 Store Managers / Key Holders across 20 countries and 940 stores, achieving more than $3B in annual store sales, inclusive of omni activity, as well as corporate Store Operations functions.

Led global Hollister Co. stores including 4 Directors, 15 Regional Managers, 80 District Managers and 2,000 Store Managers across 16 countries and 600 stores, achieving more than $1.5B in annual store sales.

Drove international market growth through brand awareness and store expansion in APAC with supporting team of 7 Regional Managers, 28 District Managers and 400 Store Managers across 10 countries and 86 stores, achieving $300M in annual store sales.

Managed Western North America area and conceptualized and launched entry into the APAC market with supporting team of 10 Regional Managers, 52 District Managers and 1,200 managers across 300 stores, achieving $500M in annual store sales.
