Delivered and maintained a fully integrated applications support service whilst taking the technical lead for high profile and complex incidents. Oversaw handover processes for 3rd Party and new applications into production support ensuring the technical solutions were secure operable and supportable. Provided statistics and MI to the business following Production releases and supported TCS Offshore 3rd Party Application Support Teams.

Delivered Monthly MI on Incidents and Problems on both Excel and PowerPoint for presentation to the L & G Board. Monitored Incidents for Production Applications ensuring the applications were correctly forwarded to the the Business. Supported any ad-hoc MI to Management as required.

Analysed Data within the FPF Application Support Team which helped run MI Queries and produce relevant weekly reports. Processed Data Access applications and created problem records for concession defects.

Responsible for investigating and resolving complaints received from L&G customers (directly or via the customer’s representatives), to the standards expected by the FSA and in accordance with L & G’s corporate standards. Produced a clear and complete record of the investigation, both to meet FSA’s record-keeping requirements and also to assist the Financial Ombudsman Service arbitrate in respect of any complaints escalated by the customer.

Responsible for a portfolio of Pension Schemes, Company and Individual to review and analyse any miss-selling. Took on the technical role of full investigations working within leglislative frameworks to advise and calculate and redress. I dealt with extremely delicate and sensitive cases which required at times human judgement over system driven outcomes.
