An annual film festival where I work closely with the festival director to deliver all technical requirements for the entire festival. Responsibilities include managing the screening of all films, graphics and awards packages. Managing and directing the broadcast for hybrid and virtual events allowing guests to tune in from around the world to engage with a live Q&A and a networking session. Advanced problem-solving in critical moments to resolve issues during physical events in various venues around Sydney. Developing an interactive website so each of the 70+ selected web series could be viewed online with a custom-made page for each film. I coordinated all technical requirements for film submissions and ensured all creators were able to showcase their work to the public and potential investors. My role also includes developing strong relationships with existing sponsors and connecting with new partnerships such as our principal sponsor RODE Microphones,
