Working with the team to provide the most up to date information to our customers, to ensure they are able to take advantage of current advice and guidance. I update a number of our products, ranging from International Accounting Standards, to UK GAAP for large and small entities, and cover specialist industries such as charities and pensions. I am also responsible for updating our social media content, ensuring that customers are aware of changes to our products, and of any technical updates that are made available throughout the field of audit and accounting.

I am the main contact for leagues, Football Association and any other interested party. I work with the manager to ensure that players are appropriately registered, and that all other regulatory compliance is maintained. I also run the internal club payroll, ensuring that informaiton is kept confidential at all times, and payroll is prepared and authorised appropriately. This is very much a labour of love. It take a lot of my time, but it is incredibly rewarding.

I have developed the internal finance function within the business. I work with the stakeholders in the business, assisting the growth, and demonstrating understanding and support throughout the business. Working with my colleagues I enable operational managers to make informed financial decisions to help us achieve our business aims.

• Worked as an audit trainee, completing audits on major non-profit organisations, and large private corporations. • Led teams of up to three individuals, requiring good team working skills, as well as good knowledge of the organisations, and the accounting framework, such as IFRS, UK GAAP or Charities SORP. • Explained tasks to the rest of the team to ensure their understanding. . I have very much enjoyed the range of clients that I have been able to serve throughout this experience, and also meeting new people on a regular basis. I have also been given the opportunity to share my skills and knowledge with other potential trainees on recruitment days.
