I was promoted to continue to lead the Software Content division, the company’s most profitable category, while also overseeing content accounts including Amazon and Xbox worth in excess of $1B in annual face value sales globally. In addition, I spearhead innovation and opportunity identification to drive customer success and new market entry. After conducting a deep analysis of epay’s offerings and market strengths, I am now working to develop technical solutions in partnership with retailers to help combat steady decline in the sector.
