I understand business commercials and working to budgets and take reviews very seriously. I can break down any problem and determine the strategy/philosophy on how we are going to achieve the clients objectives and drivers and get from A to B with the budget provided. I can communicate this to my teams and manage my teams to make sure this happens. I am also exceptional at managing clients expectations and keeping them informed. I always adopt a true consulting strategy - I feel everything needs to be challenged and my mantra is adding value and making recommendations for the client. I make recommendations and informed decisions and expect to be made accountable taking full responsibility for outcomes. I set the ground rules and systems early with my teams so there can be no misunderstanding around expectations and consequences. I adopt a no nonsense open and honest management approach which has proven extremely successful. I will never shy away from confrontation or conversations that need to be had. I am always looking for better ways of doing things and never reinvent the wheel and promote for my colleagues and teams to do the same.
