With a broad range of skills earned over the 11 early years as an Insurance Adjuster and 11 years as Project Manager, I have the skill set of a well rounded Project Manager. I have handled all types of insurance losses, from your simple basement flood rebuild jobs to multi million dollar complex strata losses with permitting issues, Architects and Engineers involved in rebuilding complex building structures. My belief is that all insured's should be treated with the same level of attention and empathy, regardless of claim/project size - even though some clients require more patience and assistance. I earned a Bachelors of Arts in the School of Economics from University of British Columbia, and while working as an Independent adjuster, I also completed studies for the achievement of a CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional). Since becoming a Project Manager, I have also taken all the necessary IICRC restoration courses to be fully qualified to handle fire, flood, and mould restoration jobs.
