I started at PEER Group as a Software Developer with a strong background in developing Windows and QNX based machine vision inspection systems. With over 25 years of development experience on everything from device drivers, web services, handheld applications and larger distributed systems. I've worked on many challenging development projects throughout my career and have been involved with product development for over 15 years. I remained actively involved in the product code during my years in management; including detail analysis to plan for future product enhancements, mentoring junior and intermediate developers, and solving some of the more complex software defects. Knowing that I couldn't leave the technical challenges behind, I have transitioned into a technical lead role where I'm focused on developing the next best thing.
