Daily planning and Outage planning; attending T-week and outage meetings; providing burnoff curves for the management team

Number one job- safely operate the nuclear reactors. I aalso developed lesson plans for Training, wrote procedures, performed factory acceptance tests on new equipment, I revised EOP Flow Charts.

Department, creating lesson plans and teaching lesson plans. Worked in the Procedure Group of Operations writing/revising Operations procedures, and often dealing with other departments. I have assisted others in understanding procedure changes by providing Power Point presentations to explain the changes made. I am the only NPO to revise the EOP Flow Charts. Been periodically loaned to Outage & Modifications to help revise Outage related Operations and Administrative Procedures. Created a tutorials for Operations and other departments, for using AutoLog and I wrote the initial lesson plan for AutoTour. I realized my number one function was the safe operation of the two reactors. The majority of my shift time was spent monitoring the panels, performing surveillances, and assisting other departments.; I assisted the Control Room licensed personnel in various control room duties. I went through the RO Licensing Program and successfully obtained a Reactor Operator License in 1989.
