I help train new employees when assigned to do so. I take the time to make sure customers have an excellent dining experience from the time they enter our restaurant till the leave their restaurant.

I am responsible for the daily meals when Kitchen Supervisor or Dining Director is not working. I also in charge of daily cleaning that is required. I cook for about 200 residents a day one to two times a day.

Assist Senior Technicians in the day to day operations of animal facility. Know basic husbandry and have used it in some of the day to day with in my job requirements. Responsible for cleaning halls, sanitizing rooms, keep cages clean and filled for when they are needed.

I was responsible with all opening and closing duties to the shifts I was assigned. Worked with the customers to make sure there dining experience was what they were looking for. Also work several off site catering jobs for the company. I was in charge of making sure we stayed in ServeSafe and State of North Carolina Health Codes. I also was in charge of keeping up with inventory to keep food costs down. I was in charge of daily operations when the owner of the restaurant was not available.

I prepped and cook meals for about 150 children. I had to keep up with what children allergies were and prepare food that would fit their needs. I did the weekly food ordering and cleaning supplies for the center. While also helping out in the classrooms when needed.
