Database Developer• Develop data warehouse from scratch using SSIS packages to populate a data warehouse using sql 2005 and 2008R2 approx 3tb in size. Implement a relational database with indexed and primary key tables to make all future queries run smooth.• Create and populate tables using SP’s with integrated functions to manipulate date and time fields to create week commencing week number and month according to the reporting business stream.• Coordinate with IT teams on how to upload data from Vodafone and 3 store’s and Contact centres both here and abroad.• To become an expert on all Distribution systems by re creating data warehouse to hold all parcel movements from scratch. • Document all SP’s and SSIS packages and make sure these are kept up to date using apexsql.• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, increasing automation, reducing run times and making the Jobs robust• Create stored procedures to run Daily, Weekly and Monthly versions of the same reports. Running these through SSIS and emailing the data out to clients and the business

The UK's Leading Entertainment and Communications Company; To provide analysis of phone data to track the amount of calls and make recommendations to the departments/sites that will make sure we have sufficient agents in at the correct time.To source the data via DTS packages from eight offices around the country from Scotland to Devon to create and report on KPI figures as well as an agent score card.Develop data warehouse from scratch using DTS packages to produce daily dash reports. Produce ad-hoc analysis to investigate root cause of low AHT and Wrap times for specific agents or whole sites. And presenting results & findings using Excel or SSRS. To promote and sell company products over the phone and via the Internet.Help create and produce Ad hoc reports across three sites using Microsoft Access and Excel. Produce KPI reports using conditionally formatted Excel sheets inherited from with the company. Full documentation of all current and past reports to learn how these work and be able to plan for future reporting.Create Ad hoc reports for Finance and the marketing teams using a combination of Access, Excel and manual intervention with data from online partners.Run Daily, Weekly and Monthly versions of the same reports. From our main data store via Access or SQL.
