During my many years in the workforce I have held many positions but the one I am most proud of at this point is that of Program Coordinator. I say that because while working with young males transitioning into college life I watch as many struggled to make that transition. My method of reaching them and helping them overcome these obstacles was real simple, I use life experiences as well as having others who had traveled the path before them share their experiences and how they were successful.To see many of them go on to four year University's and others positives citizens in their respective community's was rewarding enough for me.I was given a student recognition award for my efforts. I am a hard worker and strive to be the best in all my endeavors. Given the opportunity I know I am a great asset to any team or organization.
