Throughout my career, I have spearheaded groundbreaking projects, setting new standards in design, construction, and community building.In the late 1970s, I worked on developing Solar Thermal Systems for home hot water and restaurant use in Florida, and I contributed to the creation of panelized building systems for multifamily and single-family homes in North Carolina.As a seasoned real estate and financial services professional, my expertise spans acquisition, asset management, disposition, project redesign, capital recovery, construction management, loan restructuring, and sales and marketing. My keen eye for deal sourcing, market research, underwriting, due diligence, and asset disposition has driven the success of Quantum Vision Developments.Before co-founding Quantum Vision Developments, I held leadership roles at Southport Financials, WC & F Realty Advisors, Inc., and E. P. Wilbur & Co., Inc., where I consulted with leading financial institutions and played a pivotal role in the purchase and sale of over fifty properties. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to begin my career as a developer, converting residential apartment properties to condominiums.My commitment to service extends beyond my professional life. I proudly served in the US Army and continue to give back to my community as a Scottish Rite Freemason, 32nd Degree, a Unit Commissioner of the Boy Scouts of America, and a Senior Member of the National Association of Review Appraisers & Mortgage Underwriters.With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and as a graduate of the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth College, my academic background complements my extensive experience.
