As the companies first "boots on the ground" in Vietnam, I received the architectural drawings from our HQ in Hawaii and realized the prefabricated bamboo homes in the factory in Vietnam. I worked out methods and jigs to accomplish the consistent manufacturing of bamboo houses that pass US building codes. At strategic times, I worked with bamboo home assembly teams in Hawaii to address the gap between factory construction and site assembly of shippable bamboo houses.
