Responsibilities incude; Negotiate mailroom vendor pricing, manage mailroom staff, cost savings, handle and track all loading dock deliveries, handle employee questions and concerns, off-site document storage and the printing of client delivery invoicing.Provided staff training, motivation, and assurance of timely delivery of internal, overnight and first.

Responsible for the printing of client micr checks using Bottomline and Paybase software. Accountable for inspecting and tracking check stock for clients. A high level of trust is necessary to ensure there is no possible fraud.
