- Manage and coordinate full recruitment process for assigned Schindler Group China companies to fill key positions;- Review and post all approved requisitions including working with external vendors to create and place advertisements;- Work collaboratively with the hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure an efficient, compliant recruitment process;- Pro-actively source candidates via various methods;- Provide guidance to recruitment associates and team on recruitment related items;- Take the lead and drive for the continuous improvement in recruitment process;- Take full control & implementation of recruitment chain from search, selection and offer;- Manage recruitment channels on behalf of the company independently and effectively.

Three companies in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen are the operational centers for search assignment execution in China. The main work tool is the direct approach of candidates in the market. Huebner Consulting with only business in executive search is one of the early (foreign) market players serving German and other companies in China.Responsibilities:- Implementation of the Executive Search project and control the cost/expense;- Develop new clients (European companies) including commercial negotiation, order acquisition, project implementation, follow-up service & etc.;- Search, interview, select and place the qualified Chinese and Non-Chinese candidates to client;- Provide training to Associated Consultant and Researcher, coach them the project implementation ability and communication skill with candidates; - Visit and maintain the existing clients, especially the Key Account client;- Assist in team spirit creation to optimize the company culture；- Lead the team to achieve the target.
